Use the thick/ dark opaque color for a french tip.

Use the fine glitter to cover the color, just slightly above.

Take the fine glitter again and take the next layer slightly higher.

Bring in the chunky glitter and make another layer just a little higher and make it messy so there aren't any harsh lines.
