This is made from old sweater scraps, and is lined with black satin fabric that once lined a skirt. There is extra padding on the inside of the head that was from an old thick sock. It closes with metal snaps and fits very snug around the pipe. Just a cute little guy with a tie! It was tedious but I love it.
