Buy Black Cardboard or Brown Cardboard.

Buy 2inch sticker letters 2 packs

Cut the card Board in to rectangle
JUST ENOUGH TO FIT THE WORD CENSORED.

SPELL OUT : CENSORED (with the letter on the board)

Make 2 one for the top one for the bottom.

If you want 1 more for the back area

Take duct tape and put the two ends together so the stickiness is all around.

Then tape to the tube top and bottom.
