Take one vintage man-sweater add lace and flowers for a trendy new look!
I love the look of men's wear plastered in lace and flowers! I found this vintage men's sweater at the local thrift market and knew it was crying out for one of my special girlie remakes. Adding a ton of lace around the hems and floral trim gave me just the look in envisioned. This is one of the projects that you wake up in the middle of the night and say ...oh yeah now I know what I want to do with this treasure! It took me several hours because I hand stitched the lace and trims so they would stay exactly where I wanted them and I have to say it was so worth it. I am really happy with the outcome and looking to do something in red next. Half the fun for me is the hunt to find just the right item to reclaim and repurpose. My mind is a playground for remastering vintage finds and it is cheaper than a therapist in the long run....

I am currently working on another sweater it is red and I hope to have it done in time for Valentines Day. I am free lancing and I get stuck and have to wait for my brain to re-boot....very anxious to get it done it is a fun piece! And I do agree Vintage Reclaim is much cheaper and more rewarding that any therapist I have ever been to!!!!!
