Step 1Dust a bowl with brown sugar and cinnamon. Wet the lip of a short glass with lemon juice and spin to coat with the cinnamon and sugar.

Step 2Fill a cocktail shaker with ice and add the Darnley's View Spiced Gin, amaretto and pump in the gingerbread syrup.

Step 3Place some ice in your glass, shake your cocktail and strain.

Step 4Top with tonic water and serve.
