We make this tea at home in Puerto Rico to drink some nights. Its great for your a cold or just instead of regular tea. We make it different with milk instead of water and a bit of sugar and a drop of butter on the top. Steaming milk and ginger is delicious. Try it next time but boil the ginger in a bit of water first and strain then put back on the stove. Then you add the milk. Watch out cause if you dont do it right the milk will curdle on you.
