Step 1Gather your materials and plug in your hot glue gun, as well as your iron.

Step 2Lay dress on work surface. Measure 43" of glitter stripping.

Optional: Cut the stripping in half to make thinner lines in your motif, or mix and match width.

Optional: Cut an additional 12" for a third bow-motif, as we have.

Step 5Lay out stripping in slightly off-center v-neck shape as shown.

Step 6Once desired motif is achieved, iron down stripping using printer paper as a press-cloth. Press 25-30 seconds and then repeat.

Step 7Position bow appliques at intersection of v-motif.

Step 8Once desired motif is achieved, hot glue the appliques in place.

Step 9You might add an additional bow if you spilled some glue on your project... (oops!) Remember: DIY is all about trial and error!

Step 10Let cool completely.

Step 11Once motif is secure, try it on!
