For the 8 mini cupcakes you will need!....
1 Giant Cupcake Mold
55g of softened butter
50g of caster sugar
85g of self raising flour
55g of white chocolate (or More If You Want Them REALLY Chocolaty)
These ingredients only make mini cupcakes so depending on how big your mold is you may need different amounts of every thing I times all the ingredients by 4 and the chocolate by 6 :)
Mix together the softened butter and the sugar until light, fluffy and pale in colour. then whisk in the eggs one at a time.
Next fold in the flour a little at a time :)
Now put 3/4 of the mix in the bottom and place most of the chocolate into the middle of the bottom half of the cupcake and cover with a little more mix. then place the remaining 1/4 in the top half. bake at 190 degrees for about 20-30 mins x
one coked remove from the oven an wait until cool, once cold enough remove from the silicon mold. and fill in the dip with the last little bit of chocolate (you can microwave the chocolate to melt it.
For the American frosting you will need..
220g of caster sugar
1/4 tea spoon of cream of tartar
1/2 tea spoon of vanilla extract
1 egg white
4tbs of water
place the sugar water & cream of tartar into a saucepan and heat until the sugar has dissolved then add the vanilla. whisk the egg white until stiff in a bowl, add the add the syrup and a few drops of your chosen food coloring until smooth. then place in fridge to set slightly & cool.
Once Cool place the lid on the cup cake ad cover with loads of frosting :)
And Your Finished! P.s you can decorate with sprinkles or decoration but i didn't have any :( x x Or you could spinkle with icing suauar <3 x x
