Giant Chocolate Chip Cookie Recipe and method based on the one from GlassGiant.com. I wanted to do something new for my boyfriend's birthday, rather than just a cake. >_< unfortunately, a bit broke off.

Step 1
Sift together flour, baking soda and salt. In a medium bowl, cream together butter and sugars.

Beat in egg and vanilla until smooth and fluffy.

Stir in dry ingredients and fold in chocolate chips.

Spread batter out onto a 12", lightly greased pizza pan or cookie pan.
Bake in preheated 180°c oven for 10 to 12 minutes.

For icing, combine ¼ cup icing sugar with 1 tsp of lemon juice. Stir in a couple drops of your favorite food coloring. Spoon icing into a plastic sandwich or freezer bag. Cut the tip of the bag off and pipe the icing out.
The sky is the limit when decorating your cookie!
