The only way to grill when your $5 yard sale grill falls apart!
I recommend putting your Ghetto Grill on top of a cement or brick surface. The heat could burn a more flammable surface. DO NOT USE THIS INDOORS! Charcoal creates carbon monoxide gas, which can build up quickly inside. This is strictly for outdoor use.
Instructions
You Will Need
- 1 Deep Dish Aluminum Roasting Pan
- 1 Cookie Cooling Rack
- 2 Aluminum Foil pieces
- Charcoal
- Brick s Or A Cement Slab Outdoor Only!!!!
- Scissors , Blade, Or Any Other Various Cutting Utensil
- Project Cost

Take a cheap, deep dish aluminum roasting pan and cut vents on all the sides. Leave them attached at the bottom, so you can control how much air is getting in to the coals.

Fill the pan with charcoal and light. I prefer using a chimney starter. Put a cookie cooling rack on top of the aluminum pan.

Use 2 pieces of aluminum foil, rolled together in the middle, to make a tent lid.
