You Will Need

Step 1Measure out 5 inch long strips on the felt that are are double the width of your gem tape.

Step 2Form a circle with the cut strip of felt, begin placing the gem tape over seam on the circle where the start and end of the felt strip overlap.

Step 3Continue wrapping the gem tape around and cut off the excess. Place another strip of gem tape directly below the top layer.
