  1. Step 1

    get potatoes and peel them, cut into half

    wash them and place into a large pot, until they are cooked

    then drain the excess water

  2. Step 2

    add about two spoons of butter

    and add the chopped garlic, pepper and chives

    mash the potatoes until creamy

    then serve
