Pre heat the Oil at medium fire.

Cut the potato into whatever shape you like, I went for the simple french fry.

When the oil's hot, just sprinkle the Garlic Powder and Black Ground Pepper into it (enough for the amount of potatoes you're making at the same time)if you want you can add some salt too.

Cook until golden crisp

Using a thong, take them off the hot oil shaking off the excess and letting them soak the excess oil into a napkin.

Move them onto a plate and enjoy!
