  • How to create a lightening bolt face makeup look. Gaga Lightening Bolt Tutorial - Step 1
    Step 1

    **sharpen your eyeliner**

Line top and bottom with the black eyeliner. Thicker on the top lid and just on your waterline on the bottom.

The side your planning to have the bolt on can have the bottom liner a little messier.

    Step 2

Make a think line on your top eyelid with the eyeshadow and blend upward to crease.

Touch up your eyeliner to create wings on the outer corners and go over the top lid a bit more. Kinda like a retro, pin-up cat eye.

Brush some shimmery shadow on your eyelids. I used teal.

    Step 5

Paint that sucker in with plain old black paint. I'm pretty sure my paint was from an old paint-by-numbers thing, so as long as its paint and its black, it'll work.

    Step 6

Make sure all lines are crisp.

Yeah.. I really don't like useing random paint on my face. If I could, I would get makeup paint. Thanks for the suggestion.

Hmm a lot of people are putting random paint on their face. Probably not so good for the pores. You should use MAC Paint pots, or Gel/Cream liners instead.
