A sponge's best friend...Meow
My daughter loves the show Spongebob Squarepants and asked if I could make her a Gary the Snail of her very own. After fruitless searching for a pattern I gave up and wrote my own! He's much loved by family and friends, so much so, I have a feeling I'll be making a lot of snails in the near future. I hope you like him!
The pieces were crocheted individually and sewn together with yarn. The spotting and spiral details of the shell were stitched on separately prior to stuffing.
I'm working on converting him into a usable pattern for anyone who'd like to make their own.
