Fused plastic purse with coin purse.
 <  Image 1 of 7  >

I used shopping bags I got from a friend. The black and purple bags were the really thick plastic so I only used two layers of it and the mandatory eight for the dollar store bags. I cut the pieces in random shapes after they were fused and pieced them together. Once I got the size I wanted for the front and back of the purse, the pocket and the coin purse, I trimmed them down and finished off the edges with measured strips.
This was fun to make even though it was guess-timation work during the process. I then added sticky back velcro for closures and eyelets to both piece to attach them to each other when I find the right chain I want to use for that.
I'm really proud of this creation!! I showed to my friend that gave me the bags for it, now she wants it. NOT!!!
