I did this a while ago, so there are no pictures available, but it's not very hard to explain.
First of all cut two pieces of wood (or cardboard) a bit bigger than the mirror. The cut in the inside to get the shape of the mirror surface you want.

Now cut the furry fabric and, using the hot glue gun, put it around one of the wooden pieces and let it dry.

Put the furry wood on the top of the mirror and glue it.
Then take the other piece of wood and glue it on the back to hide the extra fabric.
Use as much glue as you want, we want it to be strong!
