1. 

   

   first get your duster and attach the skewer to the back of the duster this will be the arms so place them at the right height!

2. 

   

   next you can get your felt and start to draw out your clothes and lips!once you've drawn them cut them out.
   (turn on your hot glue gun now).




3. 

   

   now get your pants or skirt and grab another squewer and cut it in half twice and attach theese with sticky tape like before!

4. 

   

   then you can attach the clothes and lips on too your duster with your hot glue gun!!




5. 

   

   then you can decorate it with glitter glue or many other things!!!!this is really easy.

6. 

   

   now just get your ribbon and if its thick you can fold it in half and glue it together!!!!

7. 

   

   now you can tie the ribbon around your dusters hair and with your glitter glue do two dots for the eyes and walla done you have got your shim rock star!!!!
