Fruity Cheesecake Parfaits!

Had to use the pic from the site I got them from....

Makes 8 in smallish parfait cups. I used plastic wine cups.

They turned out really great so I'll be making them again soon.

I will upload pictures as soon as I make them again.

  1. Step 1

    Beat cream cheese with mixer until creamy.

  2. Step 2

    Gradually beat in milk.


  3. Step 3

    Add dry pudding mix; mix well.

  4. Step 4

    Whisk in 1 cup Cool Whip.


  5. Step 5

    Put a layer of parfait mix on the bottom of each cup.

  6. Step 6

    Then add a layer of the granola.
    (I used Honey & Hazelnut flavored Granola)

  7. Step 7

    Then add some fruit.

    (I put some strawberry, blueberries and kiwi on this level)

  8. Step 8

    Add another layer of parfait mix.

  9. Step 9

    Then add more granola.

  10. Step 10

    Next is another layer of fruit.
    (I only used banana here)

  11. Step 11

    One more layer of parfait mix if you have enough left.

  12. Step 12

    Top of with Cool Whip and your set!

  13. Step 13

    Sit back and enjoy your great parfaits!!!
