Fruit Salad is yummy aswell as being healthy. Its nice and sweet and reminds me of Hawaii and Tropical Rainforests.

Wash all your fruits, except the kiwi.
Time to cut the fruits.
Mango - Mangos are difficult as most of the fruit is the stone. Cut off all the skin and then carve shreds of fruit of the mango untill you reach the stone. Hold the mango tight as they are slippery and you could cut yourself. Ouch!
Apple - Cut the apple into basic slices. Remove pips.
Pear - Remove the skin (or leave it on if you like it) cut into basic slices.
Grapes - Cut into halves
Kiwi - Remove the furry kiwi skin cut into slices.
Add all the chopped fruits to a bowl. Mix them around a bit so you can see all the colours of the fruits. Measure out 150ml of Apple juice and gradually add it to the bowl mixing as you do it.
Serve it on plates or another good idea is to cut off the top of a melon and scoop the melon out and place the fruit inside. Fruit salad is lovely served with a dollop of ice cream :D
