Ok so this is my first 'How To' on here so just bear with me ^^
All of this stuff I had in my cupboard/fridge and i was bored one day so i thought i might give it a go :) turned out pretty good ^^
One sheet of pastry made 4 pastrys, but there was some fruit left-over...

Hope it all makes sense!! I'll try to upload more photos soon...

Recipe

  1. 1

Ok so first pre-heat oven to 180 degrees Celcius (our oven is fan-forced so im not sure what it would be in a normal one, sorry).
Chop up your apple and pear if you havn't already. Oh and take the puff pastry out of the freezer so it can de-frost.

  2. 2

Once the pastry has de-frosted, grease the muffin tin with oil or butter.

  3. 3

Cut the pastry into 4 squares and press each one (carefully) into the greased up holes.

  4. 4

So now you can fill the pastry up with the fruit ^^ I used pear and apple in two of mine, and the other two had berries and apple. Sprinkle some brown sugar and a little bit of cinnamon on top, then fold up the corners into the middle and press them together.

  5. 5

And now they go into the oven for around 25 minutes. I checked mine after 5 mins and again after another 10 mins.

    Serve warm with icecream ^^
