  1. 1

When Strawberries or other berries are in season it is the perfect time to start packing away for the rest of the year!

This time we are doing strawberries but you can use lots of different berries.

  2. 2

Buy the berries, rise them well, and begin to cut them into useable pieces.

You can leave the berries whole if you prefer but remove all the green leaves.

  3. 3

Dry the berries slightly by setting them on paper towels as you cut them. Or shake them in a colander.

Add a sprinkle of sugar if you desire. Shake berries to lightly coat them.

  4. 4

Put the berries in the freezer. To keep the berries from freezing into a solid chunk. Check on the berries as the begin to freeze and break them up into individual pieces.

  5. 5

    Enjoy them!

These berries are now ready to use all season long. Use them for smoothies, blender drinks, or as ice cubes for your punch!
