all you do is pick out the glasses you want get some rubberbands and some frosted spray paint and wa lay!

You Will Need

Step 1
get your supplys wrap the rubber bands around the glass the way you like the design to be (beware of flying rubberbands lol)

Step 2
in a ventulated area spray the glass (tape off areas u dont want frosted and suggest putting something on the inside of the glass before putting the rubber bands on)

Step 3
wait to dry and take everything off! vaaa la!
I personally would not drink from these. But it's a great idea for centerpieces and decor.
