A delicious sour to get your weekend started.
This recipe was all my boyfriend's idea. I love citrus heavy cocktails and this just hit it right on the nose between being something I could really enjoy and something I can’t bring myself to drink. Alex on the other hand is totally infatuated with it, so if you like Bourbon and Benedictine then you should definitely give this drink a shot.

You Will Need

Step 13/8 oz Benedictine
1 1/2 oz Bourbon
3/4 oz lemon juice
small orange
1 barspoon powdered sugar
Making this cocktail couldn’t be easier, all you have to do is add the ingredients (except orange) in their proper amounts into your shaker and shake over ice.

Step 2Once you pour it in the glass squeeze half of your lemon juice in it and freeze the other half of the lemon to use as an ice cube. Serve in a high ball glass.
