I really want to have a fringe T-shirt because it's so cute and stylish. I'm really happy with the result. I'll definitely make more of it :D
So, you will need: an old or new T-shirt, scotch tape, and scissors.
Lay the T-shirt on a flat surface and cut the neckline and the sleeves. If you don't want to cut those parts, then just skip this step.
Also, cut the bottom part of the T-shirt.
Decide how long you want your fringe to be. And then use the scotch tape as your guide so you won't over-cut. Stick it on the top part where your cutting must end.
Cut the both sides of the T-shirts.
Now, cut the bottom part into four sections. So that it would be easy for you to cut it into smaller pieces or lines.
You can now start cutting the bottom part into thinner lines or pieces. After that, you can now wear your fringe T-shirt. Goodluck! :)
