   Cut a long strip of tulle (about 30 cm)

2. 

   

   Fold it on itself to give it the right shape

3. 

   

   once you're happy with it, sew in the middle to fix it

4. 

   

   sew a botton, in a colour of your choice, in the centre..

5. 

   

   now start sewing on the back all the ribbons

6. 

   

   and you're done!
   You can apply it on T-shirts, bags and wathever you like :)
