Start with basic black gloves. Cut out ribbon and sew the two ends together for the bow. Wrap the ribbon around the center, sew the ribbon and cut. (to make it bigger use a wider ribbon). You could also just tie a bow and sew it on.

Take another longer piece of ribbon. Hand stitch through it, making big stitches. Pull on the thread and even out your gathers. Tie a knot in the end.

Sew your ribbon on. You might want to use pins to keep it in place. Or, yes, you could glue it (it's waaaay easier and much faster! looks just as good!)
And you're done! Amazing "new" gloves!
