For my recently hitched friend, I made her what I've since dubbed a "bedroom bustle". This is a fluffy, frilly, frothy bit of silliness that is meant to be worn over something, under something or without anything else at all. It can also be worn as a wrap . . . kinda.

All I did was detach the slip from a long skirt, re-hemmed it to the width I wanted, scrunched it strategically and trimmed with lace.

I'm not usually a frilly person, so this was hilarious to make. Yes, it's hard to sew in a straight line when you're giggling. Hmmm, it seems a lot of the projects I undertake make me chuckle at least a little. . .
