Fox Tail...Out Of Yarn?

I just wanna ask is it possible to make this light so when you run with them on it starts to flow? I need to make 9 of these tails because im cosplaying as ahri :/ and i really want them to flow when running

This is an awesome tutorial. Any idea how the tail fares after a run through the washing machine? Will it still be fuzzy, or will it mat up?

about how much do you think a 2-2 1/2 foot tail would cost yarn wise? Assuming 1 spool of yarn is like $2.50

i'm trying it i don't have one of the brushes so i'm untwisting it by hand but i'm using my cat brush and i don't have a flat iron so i'm using my curling iron i'm hoping if i get it to work right i'm going to make one for my niece and nephew for christmas cus they take off with all my tails from my costumes

does the fluffyness last long or do you have to brush it a million times a week?:o

I don't understand how you sew the tufts on. Do you fold the knot around the strand in the base and then sew? Or some other way?

my wool says 100% acrylic on the label, but it lost loads of its thickness and over half its length.

I started to making my own tail, and I forgot the dog brushes. Can I use regular brushes? A bristle brush and a normal hair brush (don't know what else it is called)

o too clever! i am quiite impressed! i've been wanting one for ages but wouldnt never either 1. spend the money on it or 2. end up buying one just out of forgetfullness... buut thanks to you are your too convenient brilliance i just mite finally take my turn @ making one... My favorite singer has a real one that he wears sometimes. (A little disappointed in him.) I like the look of it but there's no place for fur in my life. This looks great, now I can have one that's cruelty-free AND inexpensive!
