Crafts

Instructions

  1. 1

Measure around your wrist. add half an inch for seam allowance. Measure around your arm just below the elbow. Again add seam allowance. Now measure the length from the elbow to the wrist. Leave seam allowance for the bottom of glove. Make sure you are writing these measurements down.

  2. Step 2 2

Now on fabric draw out the measurements, so that the wrist is in middle of the arm measurement, and connect the two with straight lines. The lines should gradually get wider going down to the arm measurement... Sorry if this is confusing.
    <---It should look like this

  3. Step 3 3

now measure 3 inches up from the middle of the wrist. make a 1 inch horizontal line at that point. Connect the end points of the wrist to that line.
<--- should look like this now

  4. 4

Get your sewing machine out! Make sure the thread matches the fabric! now fold in the bottom to make a seam. Sew a zigzag stitch or stretch stitch. Do the same to the top triangle sides, making a point at the very top.
    Sorry no pics!

  5. Step 5 5

Finally, you still with me??? ok, fold inside out and sew the two sides together with a straight stitch! turn rightside out and viola!
