Cut two lengths of wire to the desired length of your antlers plus a few inches for attaching them to your head band. I used coat hanger wire because I had nothing else around, you can do this but it's a little tricky to bend.

Bend the wire into the black shape and attach it the bottom 'L' shape to the head band with the tape.

Create Create smaller 'L' shapes for the spikes and attach them wear you want by winding tape around them and the wire.

Wind tape around and around the whole wire construction until it is sturdy and the desired thickness.

Optional steps: paint the antlers or add fake flowers, strings of beads etc.
