flower power hippish necklace
 <  Image 1 of 5  >

This is the first of it's kind i have made i made this by piercing a hole in the metal and shaping a wire for the pendant then i melted transparent red and orange beads, laying in embellishments with smaller beads inside i then varnished it all a few times so it would be even more shinier!

this was so much fun to make and im wanting to make more of these! next time i have to get a mask to wear though as i was worried that the fumes were bad for me since the beads were so stubborn and took ages to melt!

the pendant measures 1.4 inches across and approx 0.5 inches deep!

the chain dangles 30 cm long but you can easily adjust it by cutting it off to the point you like it! i think it looks cool long like a hippy chain though!

Very cool! I like the colors! I think it would look cute on some hemp or maybe a leather cord too!

THATS SO CUTE! I LOVE IT! I totally want to make something like this [except, I'm not quite as patient with melting things, so I'm going to use resin... the easy kind, lol]. :D

awesome post :D
