This recipe was taken from a aromatherapy book so it's not mine ( just to clarify that!) and another thing!- you can mix this recpie around a bit to suit urself! . all you hav e to do now is runa warm bath and add all of the ingredients to it, then get a nice book and curl up with it in the bath. enjoy
