  1. Step 1

    Step 1

Fold the cotton cord in two halfs. Tie an overhand knot 2cm (0.8”) from the fold to make a loop. The loop should fit tightly over a button.

  2. Step 2

    Step 2

Pass one of the two cord ends through one hole of the first button and pass it back through the second hole. Repeat this with the other cord end from the other side
of the same button. The button is now fixed between two cords. Tie an overhand knot. The distance between two knots should be about 3.5cm (1.5”).

  3. Step 3

Repeat step 2 three more times.

  4. Step 4

    Step 4

Pass one of the two cord ends through one hole of the first button and pass it back through the second hole. Tie the two cord ends in a square knot right under the second hole of the button as shown on the picture. The distance between the last overhand knot and the button should be about 2cm (0.8”). Apply a drop of glue to the knot. Allow the glue to dry and trim excess cord.

    Your bracelet is ready!
