  Step 1

  take apart fake flowers

• 

  Step 2

  glue them together to your liking, and add an accessory of your choice to the middle of the flower (to cover up holes from stem and any glue)

• 

  Step 3

  glue a piece of felt for backing and glue the felt onto the headband

• 

  Step 4

  you're headband is complete!
