  Step 1

  I bought matching baskets at Michael's on sale. It was a June wedding and we bought the baskets just before Easter so they were a bargain!

  Step 2

  I used aqua satin ribbon in 2 widths that I purchased at another store with a coupon. I used white glue to attach the wide ribbon to top edge of baskets and narrow ribbon around handle. The hardest part of this project was getting the ribbon to stay wound on the basket handles until the white glue dried.

  Step 3

  I bought white satin with a coupon and made pillows for the bottom of the baskets. This way we needed less rose petals to fill the baskets. I sewed the pillows into the bottom of the baskets so our 2 year old granddaughter wouldn't pull out the pillow. :) It took 2 tries to get the pillows large enough to fill in the sides. I think you should cut the satin 2 inches bigger width and length.
