Step 1Heat oven 180/ gas 4.
Melt the chocolate.

Step 2Pour chocolate into tin.
Place in fridge until set.

Step 3Mix fruit, cherries, coconut, sugar, sugar, egg & butter together.

Step 4Pour on top of the set chocolate.

Step 5Bake for 25 mins.
Allow to cool.

Step 6Place in fridge to get really cold.
Cut into slices.
