I made it while tryin to make a bag like that so I just stopped where I was so I put it on a model doll. ;)

Get yourself a bandana (dont worry about ruining it if it is your fav one cuz u can just undo it).
Tie the corner in a knot.
Now tie the other 3 in a knot
Then put the knots in the rest of the hat so they wont stick out.
Put it on.
Adjust it as you like.
