This project is not much different than glittering a pair of heels. You'll just need to draw out your pattern with a sharpie, and glue down your layers and flock first. Make sure the flock is dry before you glitter so the two do not mix. It's a good idea to seal in your glitter with modgepodge, but you can not seal in flock- it'll just make a big mess!
