Crush mints with hammer until fine.

In a double boiler, melt the white chocolate morsels until soft, like a dip.

Dip spoon bowl in to cover with chocolate.

Quickly dip spoon into mints while chocolate still soft.

Lay on wax paper covered tray till hardened. Wrap in saran wrap and tie with decorative ribbon.

There are so cool. When I saw them, I thought it would be a great thing to bring to family get togethers. Most of my family is diabetic or very health conscious, so I searched the web for low sugar or sugar free substitutes to use. I found sugar free candy canes, and white yogurt melting wafers. I haven't tried it yet, but if it works, I will post a version. Thank you for the inspiration! :)
