This is very simple.
I do this all the time with concert tee's when they don't have my size
Fitted Shirt
Make your shirts fit you!

First find a shirt that fits you well. And one that fits you not so well
-
Flip the un-fitted shirt inside out and straighten it out so it's not all loopy
-
Take you fitted shirt and place it on top of the now inside out shirt
Line up the tops of the sleeves to and make sure every thing is straight -
Pin the two shirts together
-
Sew the in-side-out shirt only using the fitted shirt as your guide.
Don't sew to close to the fitted shirt.
Use a zig-zag stitch -
Flip the shirt right side out and try it on.
Make any needed adjustments and cut off the excess inside once your happy
WOO!

This is why I wish my sewing machine worked :( anyway great idea, I'll be able to buy any tshirt I want now, when I have a new sewing machine lol
