Step 1Apply a blue nail polish of your choice,two coats are best,then let dry.

Step 2Using a toothpick,make a decent size dot towards the middle and let dry.

Step 3With another clean toothpick,make two straight lines,starting from the end of the dot and let dry.

Step 4Using another clean toothpick,form a small white dot, towards the top of the dot and let dry.Then place a small black dot on top of the former white dot you just did and let dry.

Step 5Now comes the fun part! Using a toothpick,make different size white dots and let dry.

Step 6*Optional:For a more fishy feel I added a small green seaweed like plant,under the fish,using a toothpick and let dry.Once everything is dryed feel free to put on a coat of clear coat and let dry.
