one part: fimo / another part : crochet
I began with fimo. I made different plates and baked it in the oven.
When the fimo is chilled, my description begins here :)
You Will Need

Step 1I have 19 different plates

Step 2I crochet 19 small rings
I can't descripe it in english,but I think you find some information in the internet where is something much better explained

Step 3You make one fimo plate, one crochet ring, fimo plate , crochet ring ( and so on ) on a elastic band .
