I love the 1960s make up. Even though I personally think I don't suit it. This one is based on singer Nico who was featured on The Velvet Underground's self titled album.

You Will Need

    Step 1

    Use white eyeliner and coat your waterline to make your eyes look bigger. I’m using Fascinating by MAC which has a good intensity.

    Apply a white/near white shade to your lid. I’m using one from Wet N Wild

    Take a grey shadow and put it into the contour of your eye socket. Tilting your head back helps to achieve this. I’m using SCENE by MAC

    Next take a brown eyeshadow and apply a shadow under your bottom lash line. Any brown will do I’m using CHOCOLATE CHIP by CLINIQUE.

    Apply some false lashes to the upper lashes. I’m using one the Girls Aloud ones – CHERYL

    Take a mascara wand and hold it vertically and get those little bottom lashes covered

    Apply a light coat of mascara to your real upper lashes (under the fake ones)

    I took a bit of concealer just to lighten my brows a little – you don’t have to do this

    Take a black liner of your choice (I used True Black by Clinique) and slowly build up a bold line to your upper lash line

    Finish with a touch of blush. I’m using a cream blush – Watercolour by DANIEL SANDLER
