I pretty much used the same directions as the felt rose ring, but I attached mine to hair clips with hot glue and added charms in the middle.

Hehe, I had to comment - at first glance the little cupcake icon looked like a little nose, mustache, and mouth. It looked like one of those flowers from Alice in Wonderland.
