Made this little guy for a friend who loves unicorns and everything to do with the ocean.

I used gray wool blend felt for the body and blue wool blend felt for the horn. Two seed beads for eyes. Two layers of the felt was thick and stiff enough that I opted not to stuff it with anything.

Sewn by machine.

The horn was a little tricky. I suggest embroidering the whole thing on two layers of felt quite a bit larger than you want the horn to be and then cutting it out. It is kind of hard to maneuver in the sewing machine otherwise.
