I made this mango slush with tapioca for a very close friend of mine along with a mango cheese cake (can be found in my other post). These are his favorite dessert of all time. I was quite happy with the final result because it was my first time making both. The straw can be pulled out and the whole "slush" part can be removed and placed in a different kind of glass.
