• Step 1

  1) Cut out felt pieces as per pattern instructions.

• 

  Step 2

  2) Using light purple embroidery thread blanket stitch the two head fin pieces together.

• 

  Step 3

  3) Using light purple embroidery thread blanket stitch two body fin pieces together.

  Repeat with remaining two body fin pieces.

• 

  Step 4

  4) Pin the two body pieces together placing the head fin inside the body pieces using the red pattern marks as a guide.

  Using dark purple embroidery thread sew together, leave an opening, stuff with toy filling and sew the opening closed.

• 

  Step 5

  5) Sew a black inner eye circle to the centre of a white outer eye circle using a single strand of black embroidery thread.
  Using a single strand of white embroidery thread sew the eyes in place using the pictures as a guide.
  Repeat with second eye.

• 

  Step 6

  6) Using the picture as a guide sew body fins in place using light purple embroidery thread.
