grab some felt and cut out a circle. you can make it as big or as small as you would like

then measure out some wire and cut

then get ribbon the same color as your felt, and cut enough to cover your wire

then grab your glue gun and dab a line of glue straight down the middle of your felt

then lay down your wire and ribbon onto the glue

it should look like this after

then you can cut out a thin strip of paper and write down a fortune and if you want, you can put some other goodies in there

then fold in half

and pull the corners back. push the center to bend the wire back to curve

and it should look a little like this

my sisters decided to use fabric paint to write down their teammates numbers on their fortune cookies

and you can put them into one of those takeout boxes. that would be cute :D
