- Blue or Pink Felt
- Ribbon
- Lace , Or Other Decorative Ribbon
- Needle & Thread
- Alligator Clip
- Pearl Beads
- Sequins
- Fabric Glue

Prepare two stars shape of felt (my one is 2 1/2 inch); one circle felt (3 1/4 inch); two 4 inch(L) x 1/2 inch (W)

Sewing "BIRTHDAY STAR" on one of the star felt. Then, attached another piece of star felt together with pearl beads and add the filling cotton inside it.

Hot glue attached above circle felt and other decoration sequins, ribbon etc you like. At last, glue with the alligator clip behind and you're done!!! Hooray ^^
NOTE: For safety purpose please do not use cloth pin to avoid hurt the kid.
